“The Excitement of Triathlon”
Nancy will discuss local races, training, how to get through the three triathlon events (swimming, biking and running) and the necessary equipment. She will also share tips on transitioning from one event to the next quickly as well as explaining the Ironman distance triathlons in the US, their convoluted registration process, the level of participants and race day itself.
About Nancy Meade
Nancy Meade has lived in Alaska for over 20 years, and is an attorney with the Alaska Court System. She has done triathlons for many years, competing with and against her husband and college-age twins. This is her first presentation at an Ignite event.
