Dale Rooney has lived in Alaska for most of the last 43 years. He’s an IBEW member with 30 years experience in the electrical construction industry, Past President of the Alaska Chapter and the Northwestern Section of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors, the father of two boys and he’s a creative thinker whose motto is… “There is no box, boxes are for mimes.”
